About
I am both the doctor and was the patient. That’s what makes this different.
I’m Dr. Samantha March Clark — and I built the Rmoniz® Framework because the answers I needed didn’t exist as one. So I created them.
Who She Is
Doctor of Chiropractic. Researcher. Founder.
I’m Dr. Samantha March Clark — Doctor of Chiropractic, health coach, NIH-affiliated published researcher and author, and founder of the Rmoniz® Framework.
I have spent 26 years combined in clinical practice watching high-performing leaders experience unexplained physical and mental decline that conventional medicine dismissed and no wellness program ever addressed.
I didn’t theorize my way to this framework. I survived my way to it — and then I built it so others wouldn’t have to.

The Story
The lesson she did not heed.
I grew up in Jamaica — and from the beginning, my spirit was wired for helping people find their way back to themselves. I also grew up watching my first example of high performance destroy itself quietly.
My father was an accountant and a business owner. He worked non-stop — the kind of man who built things, kept things running, and never stopped moving. He was brilliant. He was driven. And he worked himself into a heart attack and an early grave in his early fifties. He was the perfect representation of high performance. He was also the lesson I did not heed when I stepped into entrepreneurship myself.
When I arrived in Florida to study pre-med, I discovered chiropractic through a local practitioner who taught me about nervous system regulation. At the time I was dealing with debilitating migraines, neck and back pain, and awful menstrual cramps. That discovery changed my life — and ignited a passion that has never left.
What came after the degree
At thirty I opened my brick-and-mortar private practice within a corporate structure, and stepped directly into the same race my father ran. I told myself it was different. It wasn’t. My body started signalling almost immediately — panic attacks, broken-out skin, terrible sleep, high anxiety. And because a leader’s inner state always becomes her team’s outer reality, it showed in my leadership, in the people around me, and in the business itself. That wasn’t lost on me. I knew it was my responsibility.
I built a multi-million dollar practice over a decade while navigating a failed marriage, raising two sons — one of whom is autistic — through two of the most physically painful pregnancies imaginable, surviving lawsuits that weren’t even my fault, and investing everything I had into a vision that sometimes brought me to my knees.
I knew something was wrong with my body. But families depended on me — so I kept going. Kept carrying. Kept pouring out. And even when I had nothing left to pour, I still showed up. My mission refilled me when nothing else could. Until I finally learned to refill myself too.
What the journey gave her
That journey didn’t just make me a better doctor. It gave me a gift most practitioners don’t have — I can see the whole person. I see the connecting factors. I see the harmonic soul hiding behind the high performance.
My father taught me what high performance at any cost looks like. I walked away. I chose life — daily, unglamorously, again and again. And now I help high-performing leaders who have made their careers their lives finally choose to slow down, understand their health, and live in harmony instead of survival.
You are not broken or behind. You are whole, healing, and becoming.
Because I know exactly who she is. I was her.
About Rmoniz®
One conviction, three pillars, one instrument.
Rmoniz® is a wellness and leadership sustainability company built around one conviction: high-performers are not broken. They are unsupported in the ways that actually matter.
It is the convergence of clinical health care, health and performance coaching, and leadership wellness — brought into one proprietary methodology that treats the whole person, not just her symptoms. It begins with one diagnostic instrument, the Rmoniz® Score, which measures what conventional medicine misses.
